INTRODUCTORY SPECIAL: Two
weeks of unlimited classes for $30. Try all the different types of
classes we offer to find the one that fits your style and fitness level
best, or just take as many beginning classes as you can and really start
to get comfortable with the basics! Whatever you do, this offer will
allow you unlimited access to all our yoga and pilates classes, giving
you plenty of choices, and total freedom to create a schedule that works

MOVING TOWARDS CENTRE
package is an individualised selection of classes, workshops and
delicious body therapies to endorse, enhance and facilitate a natural
moving towards balance and vitality within ones creative, intellectual
and physical bodies. Working with a personal lifestyle consultant we
will help you find move towards work/life balance, vitality and bliss.

HATHA FLOW YOGA
Hatha Yoga is an ancient holistic system of health and self-development that begins with the body as a practical way to affect all aspects of ones being on both the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Hatha Flow is a combination of dynamic, energizing sequences of postures for strength and flexibility, rejuvenating flows for deep release and relaxation, moving into still postures for longer periods. Breath and movement are linked together to create flowing sequences of related asanas, which helps to rejuvenate the body and release mental and emotional tension, inducing deep relaxation as awareness of breath, body and mind becomes integrated.
Monday morning Hatha Flow
Get the week off to a positive start with a flowing hatha yoga class that will energise and balance body and mind. Responding to the seasons and who is in the class on any given week, these classes will incorporate individual and group yoga practices to allow time for quite inner connection to ones self, and also opportunities to practice in groups to connect to a sense of community and playful co-operation as we create a a kaleidoscope of shapes and forms together. Each class will include at least 15 minutes of guided relaxation.
STRENGTH AND SURRENDER
This flowing yoga class will encourage opening,
unfolding and listening to self, in a somatic inspired yoga session,
combining Wilhemeena's love of of all things bendy, including Astanga,
Hatha and Vinyasa practices, a little chi, prana and vibrational
resounding and you will be blissed from top to toe and feeling ready for
Drawing on the developmental postures of Shin Somatics, Skinner Releasing principles and somatic practice these classes focus on opening and lengthening the body and quietening the mind. Based on the founding principle of Yoga – to create balance - we begin with balancing the nervous system and endocrine system, using asanas and pranayama inspired for healing and inner reflection. Help manage stress, learn to wind down and create a space to just be in your body. This is a transformative practice. Also suitable for those new to yoga, recovering from illness or injury, those in the later stages of the life cycle, or those in HOLIDAY MODE, also helpful for post-natal mums. Shin Yoga will move gently through the postures with a focus on healing, restoration and revitalization.

DANCING MAKES ME WANT TO LIVE MAGNIFICENT
Our bodies love to move, breathe, be touched and held. This is a space to dance, rest and stretch in all ways you love. No instruction is given, but together we hold a sacred safety to move in the way we wish, to unwind, release, relax and process our wonderous lives. Amber will provide the music and hold the space. All hearts are welcome. Wear comfy clothes and bring a friend.
Ashtanga yoga links the breath, physical poses and concentration in a flowing meditation. The practice generates heat which cleanses the body of toxins allowing it to become light and strong. Suitable for beginners wanting a more dynamic yoga practice, or for intermediate level students. The practice focuses on the primary series of Ashtanga yoga.
YOGA FOR TEEN GIRLS
The perfect yoga for teen yoginis who want to strengthen their bodies while having loads of fun with their girlfriends. These classes are focused on warm up sun salutations, balances, standing poses and floor work, including back bends. Also various partner poses, especially fun for friends practicing together. There will be encouragement for each girl to be creative and independent with each pose.

CHI KUNG (QI GONG)
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system which combines gentle physical movements, breathing techniques and focused intentions, to cultivate and move Qi (life force or vital energy) throughout the body.
The Monday evening class is based on eight exercises of the 'Ba Duan Jin' system of Qigong. Each exercise is designed to regulate specific Qi pathways in the body. Together the exercises promote self-healing and health maintenance through relaxation, healthy breathing, good posture and meditation.
The morning classes are based on the Elemental Chi Kung series. Elemental Chi Kung (Qigong) is an easy, gentle form of exercise that
will keep you agile, flexible and in the flow of life. Encourage healthy
qi flow throughout the body - leading to improved or enhanced health,
the maintenance of good health and the healing of illness. A meditative
body-mind class that encourages connection between the body-mind and a
deeper connection to self.
Suitable for all fitness levels these classes are for anyone looking for a simple practice to increase energy and sense of wellbeing.

Clare Battersby (Graduate Dip Movement and Dance, University of Melbourne) is one of NZ's most experienced dance educators. She has taught children in Auckland for over 25 years. She creates classes where dance skills are explored, developed and extended in a safe, creative and encouraging environment.
Clare believes it is children's intrinsic right to dance and express themselves creatively. research shows that the performing arts help children in all areas of their development. dance and movement are a language of expression which carries a signature of ourselves.
This expression is a form of communication and a means of connecting with others that is purely unique. It carries our history, our culture and our story.

PILATES – SMALL GROUP OR ONE-on-ONE CLASSES
$90 per session ($30 per person)– bookings essential!
One-on-one pilates is a great way to work with your body and it's individual needs. Pilates – small group classes provides you with a way to work with a one-on-one session in a way that is affordable and fun. A small group of 3, gives you all the attention you need and deserve, in a warm and cozy private studio. So rustle up your girlfriends or mates and book in a group session – or book a group session on a weekly basis. Let us know what time would suit you and we will do our best to fit into your schedule.
PRIVATE CLASSES: Pilates, Yoga and Movement Education
$80 per session (or $350 for 5 sessions – save $50) bookings essential!

HATHA YOGA - Private classes:
Private yoga classes offer people the opportunity to align the body, mind and emotions in a private space with undivided guidance and teaching. Regardless if you are a complete beginner or wanting to move deeper into your personal practice, private classes offer a space for you to do so at the level appropriate for your health and physical ability. There is plenty of opportunity for questions, explanations of practices taught and the space to go over anything that you may be having difficulty with in classes or your own practice. The class can be dynamic and flowing; gentle and restorative, or a mixture of both. You may set the pace and direction of the class according to how you feel on the day. Our teachers will guide you through a practice that includes postures, breathing and deep relaxation or meditation to facilitate openness and total wellbeing of body, mind and spirit. For those who are new to yoga, private classes are a wonderful way to learn yoga practices at your own pace in a private peaceful space where the teacher is there just for you.
PREGNANCY YOGA - PRIVATE CLASSES:
Spend an hour with Wilhemeena Monroe as she takes you through a program designed to bring you peace, harmony and gentle asanas and breathing techniques to help you centre on your self and your baby. Add an extra ½ an hour for a cranio treatment or Birth into Being session and you will be feeling blissed from top to toe and walking away with program in hand to practice at home.
